Certification

OHSAS SAFETY

OHSAS (Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series) certification signifies an organization’s adherence to internationally recognized standards for managing occupational health and safety risks. It involves implementing policies, procedures, and systems to identify hazards, ensure legal compliance, allocate resources, train employees, and prepare for emergencies. Certification is awarded after successful audits by accredited bodies, demonstrating the organization’s commitment to providing a safe and healthy workplace. Note that OHSAS standards have largely been replaced by ISO 45001, which offers a more integrated approach to occupational health and safety management.

ISO 9001:2015

ISO 9001:2015 is an international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system (QMS). It is designed to help organizations ensure that they meet the needs and expectations of their customers consistently while also improving internal processes and overall performance. The standard outlines various principles including customer focus, leadership, engagement of people, process approach, improvement, evidence-based decision making, and relationship management. ISO 9001:2015 certification is obtained through an audit process conducted by accredited certification bodies, demonstrating an organization’s commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
